Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your introductory session.

This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit Bluefield is for you, then your next step is to choose a membership option and begin your journey to outstanding fitness.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the introductory session, we will determine if you may need an On-Ramp where we can work with you aside from the larger groups to let you "get your feet wet" and learn the techniques.  During this time you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.

We are also going to have you fill out all the fun paperwork when you get here, however in the meantime you can download and print the required waiver and and your personalized data sheet, and save yourself some time when you get here!
