CFB will be starting our highly requested YOUNG ATHLETE program on Mon, Wed, and Fri at 11am during the summer. Our young athletes will be taught proper technique in foundational work, speed and strength programming, and cardiovascular endurance. Contact us at 304-887-2329 to find out more! Also, for the first week, athletes are asked to bring a friend and try it out.
